She wandered through the forest. She could sense the taste of change in the air. The new alpha was around. She wanted to get to know him, she didn't want to be the one left out. She had to make a strong but good impression. He had already chosen a alpha female, so maybe a new tactic was called for. She continued to walk, she was uncharacteristically nervous, but only slightly. But enough to maybe show through to him.

Blizzard was enjoying his morning excersize of running through the forest, he had made it into a daily routine of sorts. The wind was always calm but rough on a morning, and it was pleasant to run in. No rain, not too much sun. Perfect! He stopped suddenly, alarmed by the prescence of another wolf in the air. It was not that he was startled, he was used to other presances in the forest, it was that he was not used to seeing another out in the forest so early. Curious, he ran on...

serenity had been looking for game, but none was to be found at this time of the day. Instead she had caught the scent of another fae, one who was a member of her pack, but who she had not yet met. hse satyed in the shadows, and moved forward towards her. She was alpha now, yet she had only met this new alpha male once. it was her duty to get to know hte others, and this fae interesyted her. she was strong, powerfull and could be a good friend, if she so wished.

She sensed the alpha female in the air, this changed everything. She stooped and turned to the direction of the female. She was close, much closer than the male. She would have to deal with her first. She wasn't sure how to act, should she be friendly, and make a new friend. Or show her that she was ready and rearing to fight for the position as alpha. She could sense the male getting closer. This was judgment time.

she noticed the fae tense, and stepped form the shadows. Hello she said. Something was not right, there was almost an air of aggression coming from this fae, and she did not like it. a growl escaped her throat, not an angry one, but one that should tell the other Fae to back down, that serenity was in charge, not her. Her paws flexed and she caught the scent of the alpha, her alpha approaching. good she thought, i want to see him again, he has inrigued me making me alpha before he knows me. The other fae had been forgotten, she was not important...

As Blizzard lessoned the distance between himself and the new wolf, he sensed another presence. Two females, one the Alpha he had chosen. Alarmed now he continued to glide across the forest, his paws barely touching ground, his head thrown back, and his fur windswept and gleaming. There was now only about a metre or so between himself and the other two female wolves, so he slowed slightly to regain his breath but didn't stop running...

She stared at the other female, her path had been chosen, the path of fighting, maybe. Not really her favorite, but usually the one she ended up taking. She couldn't stand being told what to do by another female. And this one was trying to tell her who was boss big time, time for her to learn that she didn't back down with out a fight. Hello she spoke to both, shadows nearly enclosed the three of them, but she stopped it. Not the right time, not the right place. She had to prove that she didn't need powers to stand up for her self, and she wasn't sure if the others had any unknown powers of there own. Her body temperature rose and dropped dramatically. But it wasn't noticeable. Right now she was feeling loads of different things, that was what was affecting her temperature.

She wanted to fight! serenity could not belive it. Hello she replied nonchalantly. My name is serenity. i am the alpa. her voice had a poisonous edge to it. she would show this fae who was boss, but first she would see what the other fae had to say. Once again however she ignored her, and spoke tot he the alpha. Hello blizzard. it is nice to see you once again. i thank you for my new position. i will not let you down. ever.

Blizzard senses the tension as soon as he arrives, but nods to both females and says hello, I'm the new Alpha He realizes that there is not just tension in the air now, but aggression and anger. Emotions of hate. He is sad to feel these emotions blazing from both of the female wolves, but understands that it is probably himself which has caused these feelings. He feels guilty about choosing a Alpha female before getting to know her, and decides that if both of these wolves do fight he will reconsider his choice of Alpha female depending on who he believes is the stronger one of the two!

The female was to rehearsed, to soul less. She wasn't in the mood for fighting right now. Hello she spoke to the male again. Then turned to the female. I can see you want to fight, but I'm not in the mood right now. I came to see the alpha male not you. But don't you dare think you can treat me like scum. Your not the boss of me until you prove it, even if you are the alpha female, that doesn't make you anymore the boss of me than the next wolf is. The alpha male seemed to have the same attitude as most of the wolves round here, all happy go lucky and trusting. This female was interesting her, she was the only one who seemed to fight back, she liked her attitude. But she wasn't the priority right now, the male was. She turned to him and took a step closer. Making her nearer him than the other female. I see you've taken over these lands, may I have the pleasure to get to know you? She spoke with calm and ease, a totally different side of her than what the female just saw.

serenity could not belive she had ben brushed off so easily, and stormed of throught the undergrowth. she was rightt htough, she was being to power hungry, too flashy. she could not treat the others like this. She hung her head as soon as she was out of earshot and continued to walk on. As she reached a clearing at the center of the forset she stopped. She then howled a mournfull howl up into the heavens, a howl that almost bled with woe and pain. she needed someone there with her, someone she could trust. deffy had abandoned her, crivinity disowned her. she was alone, and she hated thta she knew it.

Blizzard was torn between going after the Alpha female, and talking to this other female wolf. He had heard the howl from the Alpha female penetrate the woods, as it penetrated through his soul also. Yet this other female was stronger, perhaps she would make a better leader. He made his decision. I can see you are very strong, and that is certainly a good quality Blizzard tells the other female Perhaps I will reconsider my decision of Alpha. But for now, i must return to those who need me. I hope we shall meet again He turns and glides after the Alpha female with ease and authority...
